The pool was warm and grand. House keeping staff were great.

Terrible service. Old property. Terrible service. Not great food. Worn down rooms. I would not recommend if u care about the little details. You need a golg cart EVERY TIME you want to go to your room (uphill property) Service sucked (very dismissive of any service request)

Celebrating a special occasion set up in the room, the team and the view and the facilities were nice

MANNNY sewage flies which was what brought the experience down, the drainage hole was open and no matter what we did they kept coming out, the golf cart was late to pick us up a few times or would come and leave. The rooms were up a hill so without it there was difficulty to navigate.

You definitely need to take the hotel buggies to get up and down this property but it's worth it for the views! Get a room with ocean front view or your missing the magic. The food is fantastic at all the restaurants, but the Teppanyaki is a real treat. Can't remember the name of the female chef 🤦🏻‍♀️ but she was absolutely the best!!! Casa Boho has incredible vibes with their DJ and drummer, great Mexican food (and I'm from Arizona) and the best views ever, I could have just lived there. Of course the staff put the cherry on top. They were all incredible!! I'm not sure I'd ever be able to stay anywhere else in Phuket!

pool and breakfast were good, pool staff as well were good

reception staff rooms were way too far apart, cars to move us from room to room was not enough to move from pool or lobby to room we had to wait for more than 10 min, and we were checked out twice by a mistake from the hotel.

The breakfast was superb, especially the drinks station, that stood out from other hotels. The staff were all excellent, with exceptional service and attentiveness. We also liked the Marine Biology Centre, and my daughter had so much fun learning about sea life there.

While we understand that it wasnt the hotel's fault, it was raining for most of the trip, so I think a shelter between the lobby and breakfast restaurant would be helpful. We also got a room that faced an abandoned development, which could get creepy at night. Do advise the hotel if you would like to avoid this view.
