"Very terrible and do not recommend at all."

The room was big

The furniture was stained, there was food on the floor, there was mold on the ceiling, and there was a bug in our bed that appeared to be a bed-bug. Thankfully we saw it before getting into bed, but we left right after because we did not feel comfortable staying there after finding that. We were in the room for less than 2 hours, 3 1/2 hours away from home. Went to a concert and ended up driving back home after we found the bug. We didn’t check in until past midnight and got home around 5:30am. Tried talking to the receptionist but she was sleeping and couldn’t wake her up. We’ve been trying to get refund for days now and we keep getting directed in different direction every day.

The Jacuzzi was clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

One thing I did not like about the day is when it was time to dry my hair the dryer started smoking, and I did not like that at all

Location, breakfast and service was great.

The refrigerator was not working and although the staff tried to fix it, we were not able to make use of it during our stay as we needed.

"Wouldn't recommend unless you absolutely need somewhere in a pinch."

Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. A lot of processed food.

Actually had to run to Walmart and get cleaning supplies to clean our room. All the surfaces were dirty. Questionable handprints with who knows what substance on the headboard. Bathroom and entry floors were sticky. Apparently a few water leaks at one time as the ceiling drywall bowed badly in one spot. The whole hotel needed a good vacuum and the carpets scrubbed as well.
