Grounds are very beautiful and read the property extremely private.

Though I love the look of the gate, it was a pain to open and close getting in and out of your car to do so.

Absolutely unforgettable stay. The hosts were truly amazing—warm, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make everything across the property perfect. The garden was beautiful, and we could have spent hours sitting, reading, and watching the birds. And the bed… wow. Without exaggeration, it was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in—we half-joked (but mostly meant it) about coming back just to sleep in that bed for a weekend. The breakfast was just as thoughtful. Beautifully presented, handmade from the garden, delicious, and every detail felt special. We've stayed at dozens of B&Bs, and this is hands down the best one we've been to. Ever. The love and thoughtfulness put into every detail are evident. If they have a room available, book it.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room had excellent and high quality amenities. The location is great.

Nothing really.

This B&B had great hosts and had everything you could want. Bed was on the soft side for my tastes, but very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels and quality shampoo and soaps. Yummy breakfast too. One caveat: it's good if you like dogs. Two large older dogs reside in the dining and living area, and one can be persistent in betting for food, although the owner called him off as soon as he noticed. No problem for dog lovers though.

Serene… it was architecturally beautiful, the gardens were peaceful, and it’s was easy to get to in an area of local historic interest. Two dogs and a cat made it feel like you were part of the family. And Joseph and Walter couldn’t have been more helpful. Every detail in the room had been carefully considered. The breakfast included home made jam and drop biscuits which tasted fantastic.

Only one thing would make it even better … a full length mirror in the upstairs bedroom.
