Red Letter Day

It is an original place to stay in Tainan, the artwork inside each room is quite special and is made by different artists. It is also nice that the homestay financially sponsors animal shelters in Tainan and you can also purchase cute gadgets inside the homestay. There is a white cat that lives with the owner, making everything cosy.

The check-in might be improved with less and clearer information but the current one is not that problematic.

Location

Bed was very uncomfortable and loud, squeaking with every little move. Nobody will come check you in. If you will be staying in dorms, those are right next to the kitchen/ lounge with very thin walls so you will hear people there till late night. Instead of coming in person ( I mean person that runs this place - seems like she lives upstairs ) down, she send message to keep it quiet - and message wasn't politez even though she didn't have idea who actually is being loud. Breakfast limited for max two slices of cheapest toast bread and one cup of coffee. Very creepy vibe with all those stuff toys everywhere - sitting everywhere covered in dust. One night is more then enough
