Friendly staff

Quiet and in a nice area easy to find and close to town

Sidewalks were worn no pool and extra roommates (flys everywhere in the room) not as clean as it could be

No pets. Service dogs yes. AC worked well.

The location is very near the centre. The pool is heated and me and my toddler were swimming in the morning hours. The rooms are huge. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. It was far better than expected! And there is a crab apple tree on the ground that nobody was picking. So i picked some apples and made a pie when we got home. Sour and yummy! Overall I very much recommend. I want to note that the staff are extremely friendly. My toddler dumped a cup of water all over the floor.... not a big deal and they gave her stickers. We had a lovely stay and will come back when we return to the area!

Convenient to downtown Santa Cruz shops, boardwalk and golf. Nice on property dining and free morning continental breakfast. Room was dated but clean and very confortable bed.

We needed a place where we could be totally comfortable just hanging out, taking short trips to the beach and local shops and restaurants, and this place really fit perfectly. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the suite was nicely outfitted with great furniture, and we were so close to downtown and the beach it was terrific.

The free pastries and coffee for breakfast were a nice bonus. The location is right off the highway, which could be a bonus, or a detriment (you could hear the highway from the rooms). The staff were very nice and helpful.

The walls are bit thin, so you can hear people in neighboring rooms.

Very comfortable bed. Room was quiet. Pastries in the morning were good.

Hotel was very close to the freeway and outside dining area was a bit loud. The outside area in the center of the hotel where I presume weddings and such are held was a little tired (deck off conference room looked like it was old and damaged). I think it is has seen better days. Stayed here for a wedding 30 years ago and I remember it more fondly then.

Nice room, close to towns, easy check in and out.
