Location is ok

Room was smelly and not clean. Bedsheet and blankets provided were not good. Housekeeping not good.

"Very very worst Dirty hotel.... Please don't stay..."

Very very "Worst Maintance" Hotel, Dont book this Hotel (Residence), I have never seen this type of Worst Hotel, Bothroom Roms not maintain properly, Rooms not maintain properly, Very very dirty rooms, Water taps not working, No hot water.....

Friends dont go this Hotel... I have never seen this type of worst Hotel... "very very very Dirty and No Maintance hotel....

"Budget friendly and location,"

Decent room and location near to railway station. Budget friendly and staff very polite.

1 cleanliness to be improved as windows are covered with dust. Understand most of the time it is floating and occupied. 2. Hotel name is Jaya laxmi and not Kennedy. 3. Basically it is good for stay. Food / restaurant not available.

"Horrible Oyo/ Jayalalakshmi Residency at Tirupathi."

Horrible place. Cockroaches all around in the room. Toilets were horrible viz.,toilet door was not closing, no wash basin, could not see face in mirror, taps were not working towel, soap, toothpastes was provided, etc., hence had to change the room, toilet in changed room was also of same standards, Wardrobe was stinking, no hangers, waste material was stored in wardrobe, The bed linen was very dirty, torn, Response from the manager / property incharge was pathetic. Most of the time he was found sleeping in a room and had to wake him several times to address the basic issues mentioned above

"Worst rooms and staffs. Don't book."

They are super fraud. Have booked 7 triple deulex rooms. All the rooms were worst. Faul smell both in the room and bathroom. Bed sheets were very dirty. Not able to enter the room Itself. Staffs were very bad. Manager is too worst. No response from anyone in the whole lodge if anything is asked. NEVER TRY THIS LODGING. Not even worth single penny.

They are super fraud.
