comfortable and spacious room. clean and cozy. very nice and attentive staff

the wifi wasn't working. You need to pay to use each kitchen utensil (2k to use the kettle, 10k to use the stove). I think this is important to be written in the ad.

The room is excellent, cheap and comfortable.

Guests are not able to leave whenever they want, and must wait for staff to let them out. Property forbids doing your own laundry in your room sink, and charges exorbitant prices for them to do your laundry. Sometimes loud late at night. Use of anything in the kitchen is also charged at high rates.

"Relaxing and quiet stay with amazing staff in Fort Portal"

Amazing, caring and sweet staff. The garden is really big, the room comfortable and they area nicely quiet. Special kudos to the staff. After we went to the busstation they realized we forgot something in the room, and sent a bodaboda to catch up on us :D Very good value for money!!

The only thing we can think of is that it is a little out of the city centre, so you have to take a bodaboda or walk 30-40 minutes to get to some restaurants/shops. But it is the trade-off of being in such a nice quiet area!

We had a great time at Maasai Backpackers. The team were very welcoming and responded very flexibel to our needs. Thank you!

It would be nice to have a shelf for the clothes and the wifi signal in the room was a bit weak.
