iluminação confusa no quarto, justamente a da cabeceira não funcionava, preciso ligar e desligar da tomada lixeira do banheiro de metal, barulhento e enferrujado, falta de tapetes toalha no piso do banheiro, falta de águas de cortesia, de máquina de café expresso... quarto super barulhento sem insonorização... restaurante mias triste que já vi em SP, apesar da comida razoável e do atendimento prestativo, cardápios plastificados, velhos e limitados o hotel precisa de renovação urgente, não pode ser nunca 5 estrelas !é um ótimo 3 estrelas
