Worst bed ever. Freight train came through three times. Poor selection of “breakfast “ items. The coffee was see through The floor was dirty

Rooms are clean and well maintain . no junkey people around . nice and Quiet .look like they are updating rooms All is well

The room we received looked nothing like the pictures. The carpet was a dirty green and had white stains all over it. There was blood on the toilet paper roll. The bathtub was dirty, peeling and barely drained. A train went by with its horn at both 4am and 6am We booked this hotel as there were good reviews for staying for a cruise. They also took a paper copy of our card and ID due to systems being down. I have a lock on my card. If we wouldn’t have gotten there at 1am due to a delayed flight I would have 100% changed hotels and will never stay here again .

Extremely bad experience during the stay. The tables, chairs, cabinets and light fixtures were rusted and/or peeling paint. The room was not clean and one of the sheets had cigarette burn holes. The overall place was looking unclean and dirty. The ironing table and the fixture and clothes rack were rusted and dirty. The sink had cracks on the basin. The bath tub was very slippery and was a safety hazard. While booking the room the listing said "Cribs are available", however during check in the person at the front desk said there is only crib available and it is being used in one of the rooms - they were not sure which one. The attitude was very dismissive and disrespectful. Even though we mentioned as 3 adults and 1 child, the hotel only provided on 1 bathing soap and only couple of bath towels. Overall the experience was very poor for the ~$150 that we spent on this room. Will never ever recommend or stay in a Howard Johnson hotel any more.

Everyone was friendly, could not get coffee in the morning office was locked.

The location and price were appropriate. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was appropriate for the price and overall quality.

The cleanliness of the room was my biggest concern. My guest and I decided to leave a day early due to the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom walls had stains dripping down including a marked handprint and dripping of a yellow color; it was very noticeable. There seemed to be what I can only assume to be public hairs stuck to the bathroom door and around the toilet. There were some crumbs on the bedsheet that were observable when you put your head down. The shower curtain was also dirty and had some stains or marks that could have been washed or the curtain could have been replaced. The location was not that bad with the exception that there is a gas station and truck rest stop a few feet from the Inn and the parking lot. I think this could compromise the safety of guests, especially if staying with children.
