"Very nice stay in beautiful surroundings."

Buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Beds and pillows very comfy. Room very nice with antique furniture.

"Finde familiar en Viana"

La ubicación es perfecta para dejar el coche y conocer la ciudad caminando. Teníamos vista a Santa Luzia desde el dormitorio. El personal, muy amable. Música en directo en la cafetería por la noche, ideal para una copa antes de dormir. Nada de ruido, aunque está junto a la estación no se oían los trenes. Ambiente muy tranquilo. Desayuno muy rico y variado.

La cama era ruidosa, crujía en cada cambio de postura. La luz de las mesitas es muy débil y no permite leer de noche.

El desayuno correcto ,la ubicación muy buena y el personal muy amable.

La bañera q el techo era muy bajo ,la cama hacía mucho ruido al moverse y el café muy malo .

Es un edificio histórico y se nota tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes. Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas y reformadas. El desayuno fue de calidad. El personal de recepción era extraordinariamente amable. Está muy próximo al centro y el parking de pago concertado está justo al lado.

A primera hora de la mañana dejó de funcionar el agua caliente y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría. Eso empañó la estancia, lo demás un diez.

Beautiful place in a beautiful city. Staff was great and very easy to deal with. Really enjoyed our stay!
