Номера чистые, все средства гигиены выдают, персонал очень приветливый особенно мужчина который убирает номера. Администратор не очень приветливая , но на вопросы отвечала( в конце вошла в положение и помогла сменить даты выезда для смены отеля и возврата средств, за что очень благодарен)

Администратор( когда мы приехали и сидели ждали на ресепшене, она просто зашла и ничего не сказала даже. Разговор начинал я. На вопрос где бы вы посоветовали побывать в Бухаресте -«гуглите») Очень большой минус и причина смены номера это то что нет кухни. Хотя на сайте указано что есть общая кухня. Выше упоминал о мужчине который убирает номера, он приходил по моей просьбе открывал подсобку для персонала и давал доступ к микроволновке. И да,столовых приборов и посуды тоже нет.
