Great typical breakfast made by the owner with Orange Juice, Coffee, great bread, northern requeijão and compota de abobora. All great local ingredients. Owner took us to a shepherd's house to buy queijo da serra and requeijão.

Noise from the elevator shaft in our room woke us up early in the morning and was constant until late night. Shared bathroom was a little inconvenient but manageable since it was pretty clean.

breakfast good

on arriving at the adress we could not find the accomodation on contacting the owner he told us how to get into the building i felt the premises should have had some sort of signage to let you know you were there. The kerb appeal of the premises was poor but once inside the appt was imaculate and the host could not have been more helpfull. Felt the 1st impression let down what was an excellent overnight stay
