Best choice in Rincon! The hotel is very conviniently located on the beach with a great restaurant and bar. The staff at the desk and restaurant are very helpful. They added fit pits on the sand by the beach which my wife loved. Great to chill by them under the stars. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Location - Front beach

Casa Isleña has a great vibe and location (beach front), but my experience was disrupted by lack of administrative oversight. I was called the morning before my confirmed check-out date and told I had to leave, despite having a valid reservation for another night. I had to interrupt my plans and return to the hotel, where they admitted it was a double-booking error due to a system glitch. They moved me to a less comfortable room near the kitchen, which felt more like a downgrade. Mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly and left a disappointing impression. I hope they address this issue seriously and improve how they manage bookings and customer communication since I was told that this isn’t the first time they’ve had system glitches when reservations are made through third-party apps.

Amazing location. The restaurant was great and the seating is outside on the patio, right on the ocean. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The pool was great! We were the only ones using it. ☺️

Can’t really complain. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed spread was dirty, but it did not ruin anything for us for this great spot.

We stayed at this hotel last night in Rincón. The property was nice and everything in the room was clean and comfortable. However, there was a very strong food smell throughout the hotel specially in the 2nd floor , which was a bit unpleasant. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so we can't comment on the service. Overall, it was a decent stay.
