This resort is a must for families with young children! The outdoor kid pools are phenomenal with plenty of shallow areas, splash pad, waterfalls, and an awesome tunnel slide that my 4 year old slid down on repeat. The outdoor pools open at 9AM, so we’d start the days in the indoor heated pool, which opens at 7AM. Food and drinks can be ordered, and are delivered poolside, and there is a very clean outside restroom area, making everything extremely convenient. For couples without kids, there is a very nice adult only pool and hottub right beside the outdoor bar :-). Our hotel room was very clean and beautiful, and though it was a first floor pool view, it wasn’t noisy at all. Our bathroom had a stand alone shower separate from the bathtub, which was great for the kids. Staff were quick to respond to the minor room issues we had. The hotel grounds, and the area around it, are very well kept. It’s such a pleasant place to be! Thank you for making our little vacation so wonderful!

The property is dated. The room and beds are comfortable, but they should be much better for the price. The bathroom is huge, with a tub and a shower. However, there was no light in the shower. The grounds are well maintained. I did not eat at any of the on-site restaurants. I guess I expected more from the place. It's pretty, but it needs to come into 2025.

Beautiful property with amenities which they are happy to charge you an extra $30. per day for the use of the pool, gym and beautiful grounds. I felt that was an unacceptable up charge.
