Property is fine. Showing its age a little, but in good condition. We wanted to use a hot tub after golf, but were disappointed with the functionality and usability of both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The outdoor was too cold and we had to ask hotel staff twice to make the water-churning mechanism function. Then we tried the indoor hot tub, but something inthe water---maybe way too much chlorine?--- burned our eyes. We stayed in the indoor hot tub less than 3 minutes because of that. Really not usable.

"I came for a reunion but will not recommend this resort in the future."

My toilet was never cleaned, bed not made up day 2, only coffee replenished and towels that I had kept to reuse. For a high end, pricey Hotel, I expect more! Either bad trading or lack of care from room attendants.

Train and enforce standards for housekeeping!

We can't say enough great things about this beautiful property and their fantastic staff. We stay here often and are always treated like family. Greeted by Trace at the entrance & Kimberly at the front desk, we always feel among friends. Warm. inviting atmosphere, great amenities, gorgeous sunrises, and yummy restaurants. The views are amazing and so much to do, even if you are not a golfer, there is something for everyone.

Traveled for the LSU vs Auburn women’s basketball game. The accommodations were outstanding and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Sure to stay again when we are back in Auburn.
