"Handy place to stay for an airport run. Staff were lovely and very helpful."

Close to the airport which was our reason for staying there. Served up good home cooked food.

We had a double room which was approached via rather steep stairs which was challenging with big suitcases. Although it says no smoking someone had recently smoked in the bathroom which should have been obvious when it was cleaned. When I raised it we were offered to be moved to another room which we declined as we were tired and only had a few hrs before leaving for the airport. The room was rather small with a tiny tv and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Peace and quiet, in a comfortable room. The pub and restaurant are literally on the doorstep. Good food, good atmosphere.

Parking can be difficult at times, due to the nearby train station.

The room was comfy. Twin beds and bathroom. The decorations were a bit dated, the ceiling needs painting. But very quiet. Sky TV was a bonus !

"Lovey stay next to the railway station"

Very friendly staff and nothing was to much bother. Food was excellent 👍 I had the Gammon and it was really good. Convenience to get to with the railway station literally facing the property.

Nothing to note! Worth highlighting that decoration in areas is growing wear in the lounge and the bedroom room 9. Although neither detracted from my stay.
