We were locked out twice/ waiting forever for them to open the door remotely….then they just decided not to lock it at all but not tell us until we found out by pressing the wrong code that you could press anything and it would open. Elevators were broken for 48 hours- had to walk with groceries up 5 floors. NO ONE on site ever to help. Place was run down, dishwasher leaked everywhere- burners not working but I didn’t bother because they do everything remotely so honestly if you are only there for 5 days no one can help. And the stairs were locked in the stairwell- no building manager. Crazy how you can try to operate a business like this with no one on hand if need be. Luckily there was a security guard for the building next door who helped us call them and tried to get the police to jimmy the door….they don’t pay her to help and that’s all she does when she can…really disappointing- I would never use a Sonder location again.

Great spot near all the attractions we wanted to hit. You COULD walk to nearby dining and attractions but you'll have to brave crossing city traffic. Opt for the on-site parking garage: secure, spacious, and super convenient with access right into the building. Unit was clean, great views, and well-outfitted.

"Good"

Dirty floors. Noisy expressway. Hospital across the street, ambulance and cop sirens all night. Uber drivers had a hard time getting to entrance.

"I wouldn't stay at this one again, but maybe another Sonder?"

Great concept...contactless access is in theory only, however. This was a weird location with open field in front (overgrown weeds?) and no curb appeal. The lock seldom worked for me; the app mobile access was a hot mess. Fridge wasn't on; dirty dishes in dishwasher when I arrived; balcony door was unlocked. The upside: cool apartment. The customer care just wasn't ready for prime time. It feels like it would have been easier to stay at a hotel with these types of issues.
