Point Pleasant Resort

Older property, needs some renovations but overall good stay. I would stay here again

The view

It is old and dirty. (Very dirty)

The property is adequate. I arrived at 1pm after a red eye and my daughter and I were exhausted and didn’t get a room until 5pm, an hour after check in. We were told by the housekeeper that she “got in late.” You’re paying for a kitchen but we didn’t need that. Poole are average. The walk to Coki beach is really gross and covered with trash. And the walk to margaritaville for dinner has been devastated by the constant inflow of Seagrass. It smells and you need to step through a really dirty stream. But the staff was generally nice. The room itself was large if a bit dated.

Great views and accomodations for our trip. Property was nice and for what we needed conviniently located.

My Stay was wonderful staff was great besides when I had to wait for clean linen other than that great service and staff

Property was misrepresented. In the end, they moved us to a better representation

It was a lovely stay! Some rooms could definitely use some renovation but again it’s in the island lol! The beautiful surroundings and views are worth it. The three pools are to die for and restaurants in the resort are really good too!!!

Loved it all

Beautiful condos/villas. So many hills, beware of mosquitos you cant see. Spray yourself each day, they will bite. Nice pool, so close to the beach. Willy was such a nice and helpful man. The front desk you call them and they pick you from room to take you around the resort. Margaritaville restaurant is the spot to be. The resort has a nice bar/restaurant downstairs. Go to store and shop for water and snacks as the resorts lobby closes at 5pm. It would be nice if they would give complimentary water for the guest.

The view is exceptional! The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficient. The three pools are nice and have great views. There’s not really a sandy beach but there is a beach with chairs, some sand, and water. There are free shuttles all day to anywhere on the property.

There are a lot of stairs!!! If you have bad knees it’s going to be hard for you!
