Nous avons adoré la qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel est très chaleureux. Nous avons également adoré la literie et le confort des chambres. L’emplacement est super ! Je recommande.

Personal muy atento y simpático, Cama muy confortable. Silencioso.

El tamaño de la habitación es un poco pequeño para un hotel de tres estrellas .

The hotel is perfectly located, centrally, in proximity of bars, restaurants. Staff could not be more helpful and nice. The room was spacious, bathroom as well, full of natural light, good storage space, excellent bed, thick curtains blocking effectively the morning light. Good A/C, much needed with the recent heat wave (29⁰ at 21:30). Decent breakfast with a simple yet tasty selection of savoury and sweet items, incl hard boiled eggs. Coffee was not great though. Underground parking available which for a motorcyclist is much needed (5€ for a moto). For a stop over in Lourdes or even 2-3 nights this hotel would do just fine. Thank you!

The building is aged and so are the fittings and furniture, but fully functional, no funny odors. There's really nothing worth mentioning as negatives.

Rustig hotel. Mijn fiets kon in een afgesloten ruimte in de garage. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, die graag in gesprek gaan en je tips over de omgeving meegeven. Ontbijt is alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor mij perfect gelegen: op amper 200m van een winkelstraat, en amper 10min wandelen van de grot, maar toch in een rustige omgeving.
