For a 1 Star Hotel this is good value for money. Very basic but all i needed as a base for exploring Krakow.

Air conditioning did not work well. TV remote was inconsistent. Pillows were too soft and didn't provide much support. Staff is nice though. Overall an average experience at a budget hotel.

Good location and very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a bit bland and the toilet paper was poor quality. Comfortable room, all the basics as you would expect from a budget chain.

"Stag weekend "

Positives - very clean, staff friendly, great location. Negatives - no kettle, twin beds were very close together, toilet seat was very small, shower door only opens half way making it very difficult to get in and out. I felt like i was going to slip stepping down.

"Great central place at Krakow "

Wojtek at the reception during check in was super friendly and made the whole process smooth. In fact the whole staff was very nice. Great central location. Close to train station with direct airport connection
