Hotel Bellerive

It is run down place. The main door didnt close properly The air conditioning drain runs into the room balcony There is no water pressure. The faucet in the bathroom opens to third capacity I booked 2 nights. There was no cleaning or replacement of towels and shampoo. They apologized that the worker didnt come.

Place was awesome, for what I wanted. If you’re looking for 4 or 5 star, with traditional American Amenities, this is not for you. I had a room with an ocean view, balcony, and access to great food. This place is more about location than amenities, which is what I look for.

Great location, great view from room, great terace, great briekfast. For us was super.

The bathroom is old, but that was not a problem for us.

Its a lovely hotel with confortable rooms and extraordinary views.

The staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. The housekeepers did an amazing job with what they had to work with. We were given generous supplies of clean towels each day & the bed linen was fresh and clean. The breakfast was basic but good.. The location is great, views of the sea are lovely, easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is VERY tired. It needs a total upgrade to bring it back to what it must have once been. The swimming pool was empty. Yes, it is too cold to swim, but nothing is more depressing than an empty, neglected pool. It would still have been nice to sit around it as the days were still sunny. The grounds need a lot of maintenance.
