The location, staff, customer service
BDNothing, very bad quality. In fact comparing to price its not convenient at all. They transfer booking to another hotel hotel thats also below standard.
ININLocation was good. Breakfast was ok. But the room initially given was too small, not the one that I booked over website. I had asked for queen size bed. Upon asking, I was later shifted to a bigger room.
Coffee, tea bags, sugar was not kept, had to call and ask. When I call and ask there is response, but expectation was that things be done even without asking.
