Regency on Beachwalk Waikiki by OUTRIGGER

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom condo with two balconies on the second floor for six nights. Kitchen has good cookware, coffeemaker, utensils, etc and a full sized fridge.. There were enough towels and toiletries for our stay. Beds in each room were firm enough to get a goodnight’s rest. The sofa bed, well, is a sofa bed (we all know what that feels like-so you can’t knock em for that-just be thankful that it’s provided). A closet in the hallway has beach accessories. A/c blew comfortably. We had trouble with the toilet for a good portion of our stay. Maintenance came up at least three times. My husband also had to give a helping hand during the non-working hours. It was critical because there were five of us. The staff were attentive and friendly whenever we encountered them. The fresh water station is located outside the back door and you’ll need your card key to access the property between 9pm-7am. There is a 24 hour Longs Drugs around the corner and within walking distance of pretty much everything that Waikīkī has to offer, including The Bus. Overall, the stay was nice. The only issue was with the toilet flushing mechanism. We recommend this property and will book it again if the opportunity arises.

It was a nice room, smaller than it looks but nice. They don’t offer roll around beds even though it says to request at the desk. I slept on couch cushions on the floor. That was a bummer….

The staff, cold drinking water, location, use of swimming pool, air conditioning in main bedroom and lounge, black out curtains, ice maker fridge.

Price of accommodation, bathroom door did not open and close very well, no instructions on the use of the convection/microwave oven, no curtains to cover glass windows or air conditioning to bedroom closest to lounge, no gym facilities in building or close by.

Great apartment with plenty of space and well located. We paid for parking at Fort De Russy one block over.

Property served its purpose. Location was great. Cleanliness was good. Kitchen are was convenient and well stocked with dishes and cookware. AC was nice and cold. Bathroom doesn’t have a vanity so counter space for toiletries is very limited. The bathroom sink is very awkward. The fixture is only a few inches away from the bottom of the bowl, so it’s very difficult to get your hands under the faucet.

Very friendly and service oriented staff! Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies. A great view over Ft. Derussy park and beach from the larger balcony. We will be back.

Furniture appliances, walls, doors, might need to be updated (modernized) but acceptable for now.

5 people, 2 adults and 3 teenagers, very comfortable, plenty of space. Two bedroom was quiet, safe, ABC store right out front, 3 minute walk from Waikiki Beach, 2 minute walk to the Outrigger pool, 2 minute walk to nightlife and dining, rental car place directly across the street. No cleaning services, they leave you alone the whole time. Only downside is if you lose a towel (we didn’t) they charge you $50 each…
