Location.

The hotel isn't maintained well. It is pretty old, but that doesn't matter, the room/bathroom was poorly maintained, it stinks of gutkha and cigarettes. Not a comfortable stay for family. Bachelors looking for a low budget stay can try it. Even the pricing shouldn't be more than 500 per night for this stay.
