"Perfect beachfront location. Excellent for families with different ages to accommodate."

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to go to the marketplace for fresh bread, breakfast croissants etc for breakfast. The games for the children, shuffle, chess, golf putting was brilliant too.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had anywhere in the world. There is no room service after 4:00 PM. There is also no proper restaurant operating after that time only a very small bar menu is available until 11:00 PM, and it is pick-up only with no delivery to the room. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for families or travelers arriving late. No one helps with luggage, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide full service. The swimming pools were closed with very limited alternatives, and this was never communicated before booking. Had we known this in advance, we would not have chosen this hotel. Overall, the experience was misleading, disappointing, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic hospitality standards. I don’t know how this is a 5 star hotel

It has been updated. Nice menu would be good to have a daily menu. The pool menu was missing some standard favourites burger and Caesar salad and green salad.

Salads were not really salads.
