Condo Check In West - Arriving into Keystone Resort turn right (South) at the Keystone traffic light (this is the traffic light by the Keystone Post Office, Grocery and Gas Station). After turning make an immediate right (West). Park in the lot on the left in front of Condominium Registration. Parking passes are included with lodging accommodations. Please note: Not all properties in the Aspen Ridge neighborhood have access to a pool. When booking a property please request if you would prefer access to an on-site pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

It was perfect for a over night. The kitchen was beautiful and everyone felt comfy. The directions to get to the check in location is different when plugged into Apple Maps verse google maps. As well as with covid they have changed the physical check in location to the keystone convention center which is a different address than the itinerary said.

"Spacious "

Accommodation was amazing !!!! Loved the place. Very clean and spacious. We were disappointed with the check in and communication while trying to extend our stay during the snow storm.

"Pricing not accurate"

The resort charges an extra 35 a day for resort fees not listed on vrbo, they also put a hold of $40 per keycard on your credit. Staff did not contact us in advance of our stay, I had to find the place myself. Also a weird thing happened when checking in, they asked my GF to leave because they only accepted one person at a time to check in because of Covid. No problem, she left. But then a couple came in right behind us and they did not ask the other girl to leave, my GF thought it was because she isn’t white and the other girl was. I can’t say for sure what their reasoning was, but it upset her.
