The property was close and central to ski lifts

- There is no washer/dryer in the room however photos on the listing indicate otherwise. Also, you have to pay in quarters for the washer and dryer and no one on the property has change as they only accept card payments. - Our unit had a constant noise coming from the heater that didn’t allow us to sleep for several nights. We called front desk and two people came out to the unit and didn’t know how to fix it - There was no hot water in the shower so we were taking hot showers at the gym. When we called about the issue, the maintenance guy said he would have to fix the valve and would have to shut down water for the entire property so we dealt with cold/lukewarm showers for our stay of 10 days… - Wood provided for our fireplace was enough for 30 minutes and there is no additional wood provided

Awesome hotel, outdoor pool and jacuzzi

The view of the lake was great, limited places to eat, tv remote battery was out, smoke detector was beeping and when we called to have it fixed they came but didn’t fix it right the first time so had to come back and didn’t get back until 9pm, and the stick to turn the fireplace was no where to be found.

Beautiful, perfect place! We will definitely stay here again. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean.

Good but noisy at night when sleeping in the second floor

The lodge is amazing. The view from the room is wonderful. The apartment is a little bit old, it can be renewed. It has anything esential.

The music on the village is loud and does not get turn off until 10pm. Also, there is no blackout curtains so it feels like is morning the entire night. Nice views but option for dark curtains should be available. Front desk don't answers to complains.

Close to keystone lifts

Great place! Great location! Clean, but could use a little updating. But, i highly recommend this place to families with kids.
