Charged me for parking when listing said it was included. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Room had ants, no working electrical outlets, leaky shower, and a bad odor within the room.

Didn't eat any breakfast.

I like the effort I put in to be away from the street as I asked before arriving and when I brought up the guy put me even closer to the street, I intended to check out but I gave it one more go and I got a room away from the street but my room window was open but hed back from opening by some screw. So anybody could come put there hand thru the window if the wanted.

The price was way to high for the caliber of room I was giv e n. I seen other rooms with a 65' TV and I'm looking at a 32' ...cmon!

Disgusting Hotel – Not Worth a Single Night The moment we pulled up, we knew something was off. The area felt sketchy, the kind of place that makes you keep an eye over your shoulder. But we had a reservation, so we gave it a shot—big mistake. The first room we got smacked us in the face with a strong cigarette smell and musty air, like it hadn’t been aired out in years. The floors were sticky, either from too many cleaning chemicals or something worse we didn’t want to think about. Breathing in there felt wrong. We asked for another room, hoping for at least a small improvement, but it was just as bad—same nasty smell, same uncomfortable vibe. We sat there for about 20 minutes trying to convince ourselves to stay, but the more we looked around, the clearer it became: no way were we sleeping there. Instead of wasting a night in that mess, we packed up and drove all the way back home to San Jose. This place is dirty, smelly, and just straight-up unpleasant. No deal or discount would make it worth it. If you care at all about safety and cleanliness, do yourself a favor—stay somewhere else.
