No room given on arrival. Bad people

Really bad. I don’t recomand.

The MD/reception was very rude and rash behaviour and didn’t even provide water bottle, no plats and no glass for drinking water. The movement we ask for these his reply to us to vacate the room and go for another place which was shocking to me at 10:40 PM around. These people are not maintaining minimum standards. No cleaning and walls are smelling, floor is smelling. I was shock and surprise to see the standards and behaviour of staff. They are running kitchen on their own ans forcing customer to order eat there only.How come the standards of OYO gone this poor level. He was arguing with me in way that he don’t care about rating and he don’t even care about complaint to customer care. It is really bad experience.

Dirty hotel. Run down rooms, broken ac

I had a very bad experience throughout my stay. The walls were very dirty, the staff behavior was poor, and the service was inadequate. Although the restaurant was closed, they didn't arrange to send food to my room. Additionally, they didn't provide basic amenities like complimentary water, plates, and towels."

Normally, other properties provide bills and allow check-out by 11 or 12 pm. However, this property has a check-out time of 12:00 am (midnight), which is unusual and inconvenient. This kind of behavior is not in line with good hospitality practices and may negatively impact your business prospects."
