"Good Stay but Disappointing Check-in Handling"

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall stay inside the room was pleasant and met expectations.

The experience with the morning receptionist was disappointing. We were first allowed inside without checking the timing, but later asked to pay ₹500 for just 1.5 hours of early check-in. When we raised concern, we were told to wait outside and keep our luggage back in the car despite having already paid. This felt inconvenient and poorly handled.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at Ramraj Regency, Nagercoil. The hotel has a pleasant ambiance and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, and the service was prompt without any delays. The in-house restaurant is also excellent, serving very delicious food. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagercoil.
