Rooms and bed linen were clean

1) Breakfast was horrible. Idlis, Dosas and Pooris were very cold. Had I known this I would have ordered these items HOT from outside. Even coffee was cold. Milk had excess water. 2) For hot water immersion heater stick was provided. Staff said whenever it rains the central water heating system fails. 3) TV didn't work probably again due to rain.
