The swimming pool and staff!

There are ants on the bed! Thus I can’t have a good sleep, air-conditioning is too loud too.

Comfortable big beds were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, some spoke English. The pool was convenient and clean.

The bathroom was weird; no place to hang clothes and the towels of three people. There was a bamboo hanger of sorts but too small and impractical. The “sink” was just a flat sloped surface and the drain was full of decorative rocks that made it difficult to rinse out and unhygienic. Lighting in the hallway was on all night and the curtains did not block out all the light, we had a permanent night light.

The pool area was amazing and the staff extremely nice and helpful.

For us it was not a problem, but it’s located a bit from the city, which might be essential to some. However, with the Grab app you’ll catch a drive within less than 4 minutes and doesn’t cost much to get to the center.

Lovely staff who were very kind and polite. Hotel pool was lovely to rake a dip after a long day. Rooms were soundproof as couldn't hear the busy road its located on.

Rooms smelt a bit musky but once air con and diffusor kicked in it was ok. No pool towels or hairdryer provided.

Close to airport and we got a room that included free drop off to the airport.

The room was not that clean, there were spider webs and it had a real musty smell. Also there seems to be mould on the ceiling from a past leak.
