Elysian Beach Resort

If you’re gonna go anywhere here, you probably need to car the roads streets driving on the left-hand side of the road pretty hard getting Custom to, but the roads are terrible crooked steep potholes

This hotel was decent but not what I expected for the price and based on the pictures. Maybe it’s because we were given a room in the furthest building on the bottom floor with a view of a huge plant, or because the room above us was constantly dragging their chairs around but I wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the beach was nice and quiet, but overall the hotel felt lacking.

The location and resort were great. Everything thing you need and want all in one location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great having our own private beach to walk from our room a short distance away. We look forward to going back very soon.

Staff and cleanliness of the room

The hot tub did not get hot. Very limited food choices

Ate breakfast in room. Nice kitchenette. Good pizza Cafe. The seafood restaurant was too expensive. The pool was lovely.

Change linens more often. Stay in suite closer to lobby. Ours was top of a steep hill hard to climb. Taxis plentiful and helpful but expensive.

The place was very nice, the staff was amazing and helpful. The location is convenient being right near a lot of restaurant's, and the red hook ferry/car ferry. The restaurants on the property were both alright. One is a nicer feel but a little pricey for what it was. Sangrias was wonderful. Make sure to hit up Rico at the pool/beach bar.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The property with private beach, pool with hot tub and restaursnts was exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Access to town and area beaches was a plus! And easy access to the boat to St. Johns was the topping on the cake! Thumbs up to the on property restaurant The Fish Market!! Food was Delicious!
