The view was amazing. But I was looking forward my baby to get in pool and when I booked they didn’t say anything about the pool being close had to find out when I got there

Stay was horrible had to leave immediately and couldn’t get a refund until Monday because there’s no manager or property over weekend water was running out yellow couldn’t shower , TV DIDN’T WORK Everything falling apart ! It

A place to stay. Needs updates and outside needs cleaning.

Bad mantenience. Lobby is nasty. Too many people.

Over priced for things that were advertised and was not available like housekeeping...

False advertising. NO BREAKFAST

Concierge said they asked Expedia to remove the complementary breakfast that is no longer available and said Expedia did not update it.. We paid with expectation of having breakfast in the morning paid for with the room. There was no coffee. The hairdryer didn’t work & the bathroom had green mold. There was no fire alarm, just wiring, tears in the furniture, bedding, and curtain,wood doorway damage, rickety elevator, terrible location. Bums approaching us in the food drive-throughs. My husband was approached in parking lot & almost jumped by a guy who’s girlfriend told him to leave him alone “before he messes around & gets wrong one & ends up dead some day!” This is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! They sent a text asking if we needed anything and then when I asked questions about breakfast and coffee, they did not respond. I had to go to the front desk and ask. On the plus side…The concierge was helpful and explained that they asked to have the complementary breakfast removed on Expedia, but it was not updated. He also gave us locations nearby that we could get breakfast. They check in and out automated system worked well, and thankfully the water was hot.

We got to the room and immediately heard the smoke alarm chirp and it did so the entire night. The floors in the bathroom were sticky, there were stains on the walls/everything you seemed to lay your eyes on. We went down to Chicago on Saturday for a concert and had plans on Sunday in the city as well otherwise we would have just drove home after the concert and not even bothered staying the night.

My room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite this being a smoke-free building. The fan was not left on to air out the room. This irritated my throat and triggered my asthma. The desk lamp had no lightbulb which was needed for studying. Two wall-mounted bedside lamps were broken. The TV did not turn on. No coffee/tea maker was on the room or hot beverage cups. There was no alarm clock in the room. The furniture was falling apart. Parts of a drawer were missing and others completely fell out when opening them. The landline phone did not work. There was no free breakfast. I requested late check-out at 1pm but housekeeping still tried to walk into my room at 11am. Clearly I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.
