Location Cleanliness

The kitchen was not well stocked with things like coffee, salt and pepper, plastic glasses for the pool. There were no beach towels for the pool which is challenging for people who aren’t local and can’t pack their own. Despite the unit being ready, they did not allow check in until 4 pm and required check out at 10 am - kind of a rip off

Great location and well appointed apartment

Unit was very nice, very comfortable and in an excellent location just a short walk to the village stroll. The check-in instructions were fairly straightforward to follow. We stayed in a different unit at the same property about five years ago and this second stay did not disappoint. The price, when split between two couples, is very reasonable for a good location in Whistler these days.

As we were two couples sharing the unit, I would have liked to have both bedrooms with a queen bed (we had one room with a queen, one with two twin beds). But this did not really detract from our opinion of the place, and I can understand this configuration would be preferable for families or groups of friends. We knew this configuration when booking, so we knew what we were booking, so not complaining! It was all that was available at the time of booking.

The accommodation was modern and clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

The check-in instructions were generally great, but it took a while for us to figure out the swipe card system for the parking. The oven seemed a bit inefficient.
