The gentleman at check in was great and even more so when I requested a room swap shortly after arriving.

Ill start this off by saying I myself have worked as a room attendant. Supervisor and manager. This place is in need of some serious overhaul as far ad those positions are concerned. Room 219 was VERY dirty. Hair clumps on the floor. Sticky spots that were visible to the eye and felt under your feet. Some yellow drip stain on the side of the counter for the bathroom sink. Stained linens. We moved to room 244 and were greeted by the same esthetics as well as cold water in the bathtub. I had to call multiple times to reach Wainy, the manager of the property, for a 40 dollar refund out of the 103 I spent to introduce my chdren to their first and only visit to a Days Inn. We had been on the road from Florida mind you. A shower was needed and unable to happen. We slept on top of the linens like Dracula hoods tied tight around our heads and shoes on our feet. We used one of the white towels to wipe a small spill from one of their cups and the towel was blackened after one swipe. Just unbelievably dirty unfortunately.
