Room was clean and breakfast was ok. The position in NJ was ok for having a cheaper hotel for NYC. Travel to NY with a Shuttle in front of Super8 (4$ per person per trip) directly to Times Square in 20minutes.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Hospitality and Service I was very disappointed with my stay at Days Hotel in New Jersey. The overall hospitality and customer service were well below expectations. The staff were not friendly, welcoming, or eager to assist guests, which made the experience unpleasant from the moment I arrived. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of assistance with luggage. During both check-in and check-out, there was no one available to help transport luggage from the car to the room or back to the car. Many hotels provide this service or at least have staff available to assist, but that was not the case here. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with limited choices and poor quality. It did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of this type. Another recurring issue was the room key card, which frequently stopped working. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to have it reactivated, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Instead, guests must go downstairs to use a water dispenser, which is inconvenient, especially late at night or after a long day. Overall, the combination of unfriendly staff, poor breakfast, unreliable room keys, lack of complimentary water in the room, and no luggage assistance made this a disappointing stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both service and guest amenities.
