It felt really welcome to see our name on a board next to the entrance and to find a bottle of fruitjuice in the fridge and croissants and bread for breakfast apart from a choice of cereals. Emma was very friendly and helpful in booking a last minute table at a local pub for us and in other requests. Definitely a place where we would want to stay again. We had a great stay it was very clean and the beds are comfortable in a nice quiet location so we had a great sleep. Great breakfast choice with cereals, bread & croissants.

Tiny but everything needed was there and well fitted out

We were almost scalded by a very dangerous kettle that when reaching boiling point squirted its contents out. How we were not injured was by pure luck. If there had been a child with us it would have been catastrophic. I unplugged and decommissioned the item. I wrote to the owner but she never responded. We won’t be staying again.
