Lot of mosquitoes, bed bugs , cockroaches everywhere . . No proper AC , fan or light .

We travelled for around 2 hrs and when we came to the reception, they said we cant stay there. Only indians are allowed to stay there. But we put passport number and everythin while booking the room. By looking at the passport number they can say that they cant give rooms for foreigners. Only indias are allowed. Sad that we wasted lot of time and faced a lot of problems as we only 2 women are there. Also the receptionist didnt even help us to find another hotel room for us. We said we dont have an indian sim card and no data so we cant check for another room nut still the receptionist didnt help us. He only says to contact the customer care.

Air Conditioner did not worked at all properly. Except this remaining all good for stay.

This room was absolutely appalling. The floor was teeming with cockroaches, and a persistent cigarette smoke odor permeated the air. It was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in - not even a one-star rating would do it justice. I strongly advise against booking this room. I had originally booked a two-night stay, but due to the unsanitary conditions, I was forced to check out after just one night.
