"Hotel and surrounding area very comfortable. I would stay there again."

Staff was kind.

Couldn't reach hotel by phone. Was put on hold four times and left there. We were given the wrong shuttle info from Booking com and we're unable to reach hotel so we had to pay for an Uber from the airport.

"It was nice."

"The worst hotel I have ever stay in my life. Staff the worst ever!!!! Smell of sewer was absolutely disgusting. Save you"

Nothing!!!! This hotel is very old and the smell of sewer is horrible. Went to reception to tell them about the smell and they said sorry there is nothing they can do. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and hope people save there money and book elsewhere

The staff very unhelpful, the smell of sewer was horrendous and my daughter couldn’t sleep at all. Aircon very noise, lobby smells as soon as you walk in. The worst hotel I have very stayed. This place needs to undergo a major upgrade or to be burnt down
