Did not stay at this hotel longer than 5 minutes- absolutely disgusting

This hotel has by far got to be one of the worst experiences my family has had to deal with. Stained sheets, dirty room, and a mysteriously stained pullout mattress with no sheets on it immediately put my family out and ensured that we were not staying in this disgusting excuse of a hotel. Upon further investigation, several walls in the room, including in the shower itself, were cracked to a state of disrepair, along with an overall dirty room proved that the cleaning staff was nonexistent or simply do not care about their jobs. My family and I stayed no longer than 5 minutes before booking a new reservation at the Atwell hotel down the street

The location near the airport was convenient with the free shuttle service. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no mention of having to pay for parking at the hotel and that was irritating.

How clean, spacious and comfortable the room was! American Airlines cancelled my flight & did NOTHING to help people find accommodations. I booked your hotel online, got the shuttle at the airport and it saved me! Easy check in, staff was efficient & helpful. Comfy king sized bed, Microwave and refrigerator were a plus! I took the shuttle to the airport. (Nice drivers) Next evening, another cancelled flight and I came back. Easy online booking, shuttle and returned to an even LARGER room! It was like a studio apartment with 2 TVs and a SINK! I felt like a Queen!

I thought you could have more fresh fruit at breakfast. Specifically bananas and raisins for cereal. I would have liked plain yogurt , but that may be more difficult for you have.since I don’t know how many other people would want it. (I have special dietary needs- I can’t eat sugar and wheat). One suggestion for the Denver Airport put on your website that the shuttle picks up at the WEST terminal. Initially I was waiting at the EAST terminal awhile and after I called the hotel I found out that pickup was at the other.

The hotel was clean and well lit in the main lobby. The second floor was dark where I stayed, it was past midnight after I arrived. Hotel staff was friendly after a long day of work and traveling.

I didn’t know there were two different sides or islands for the hotel shuttle. I went to the east side instead of the west side and waited over an hour until I was picked up. I had an hour to take a shower and change clothes before getting on another shuttle.
