Location was awesome. Our room was huge!

We had a tv that didn’t work and they never did fix it the whole time we were there and we told them the first day out of 4.

I was very disappointed with the transparency of this hotel. First, I was charged an additional $21 for utilities that was not disclosed upfront when I booked. Second, I paid a $50 security deposit at check-in which has still not been refunded [number of days] days later, despite there being no issues with the room. I have tried contacting them but have had no luck. I would recommend staying elsewhere to avoid these extra costs.

"Great for family reunion"

Spacious and clean

Penthouse had no elevator access. Had to carry our luggage and other stuff up narrow stairs. Also pool and bowling were in separate building not connected to main building. Was very chilly walking wet thru parking lot in a snowstorm

"I am glad I went but I’m not sure I would be back?"

Loved that it had a large pool & our room had a balcony. The foyer was large and magical looking.

1. The hotel and the pool/bowling alley/ spa are NOT attached. 2. Our neighbors were clearly part of some sort of convention or party/gathering that was being held & they were incredibly loud & awful. 3. Breakfast was not included in the price 4. Parking lot was awful. How there are only two ways to get inside the hotel is beyond me. Need more entrances, closer to the rooms. 5. The bellhop man forgot my husband and I
