Night staff gave us a dirty room, no elevator, under construction, overall a bad experience

The tv is very small

We stayed in this property last weekend and out toilet was clogged. Raised a complaint to the management about this and expected the house keeping department would do something. The management said they will not and gave us a small plunger which did not help us either. The ideal situation here would have been at least they should have provided us another room until this drainage issue gets fixed. They do not hear to customer complaints. just you get what you pay for.

Good rooms, and comfortable beds.

Great place and service. Only issue was the bathtub. Seem to clog easily. Otherwise, I'd go again.

L’hôtel rénove des chambres mais nous avons eu une vieille chambre plutôt défraichie. Robinet du bain presque arraché, comptoir de salle de bain très abîmé, lampe de chevet brisée et non fonctionnelle et le signal de la télévision inégal. Mais l localisation est bonne et centrale, le déjeuner assez basic mais ok et le lit était confo.
