Blue Bay Inn and Suites

The location wasn’t too bad

Front counter lady was very rude and was eating on the table next to the counter when we walked in and looked upset we walked in didn’t give us hours of operation for the pool or anything around the establishment after I told her this was our first time to visit SPI and I had to give my dirty towels in order to get clean ones while I was waiting in the lobby for the counter person to finish arguing with another guest about how there was no hot water in their room another guest was checking in and she was arguing about a $50 deposit that can only be given in cash the restroom had mold the lights were broken hanging off the walls the pool was closed but people were still yelling and jumping in the pool later we learned they were jumping the locked gate there was a pool table in the lobby where the front counter people were having a little party every night we were there

Nice staff, clean rooms & in walking distance of so many places to eat. We have stayed twice and would stay again.

Ice machine on ground level working and being told to go to the 2nd floor to get ice if needed.

There was feces smeared on the bottom part of the toilet, not sure how that was missed when cleaning, it was literally raining in the elevator… elevator also needs to be inspected!!

HAD A BALCONY AND A BEACH VIEW COMFORTABLE BED VERY SPACIOUS

THE TOLIET WASNT ABLE TO FLUSH WE HAD TO CONTACT MANGEMENT GOT IT FIXED, ALSO THE ELECTRICTY WENT OUT FOR 3 HOURS THERE WAS NO CREDIT DONE BY THAT, WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE GENERATORS. IT WAS HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE STAY UNTIL THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON.
