"Breakfast could be much better"

Stay was with complimentary breakfast. stay was pleasant but breakfast was sub-par. Limited choices, same menu everyday, with maybe one item changed. with two to three staff in waiting at breakfast, Quality Inn could have given better experience in breakfast. I had stayed near Toronto airport before with Hilton at same price and much better breakfast.

Very pleasant staff and service, building is just outdated they have done the best they can to renovate and accommodate a modern look with such an older building but it does show. For one of the only hotels I know that still has opening windows the screens definitely show age as they were both damaged/ torn - room 121 and the last room I stayed in previously (forget room number but on first floor as well) Will definitely stay here again for training if needed !

The experience at Quality Inn was very positive. All staff, especially Arman, were always available when we required assistance. Everyone was smiling and very polite with all the guests. Excellent service. This hotel is close to many amenities and Arman was very helpful with giving directions and bus information. Thank you to everyone.

This is an excellent hotel. I've stayed here before and, once again, I'm very satisfied with the service, the quality of the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness. The location is strategic, close to shops and restaurants. I want to highlight the employee ARMAN, who is very kind and provides great customer service. Whenever I'm in the Mississauga area, I plan to stay at this hotel. Congratulations to everyone and keep improving. I'm very satisfied. Thank you!

"Attentiveness"

Two of us spent one night. When we entered the room the stale smoke odor was overpowering. The attendant immediately changed us to a fresh smelling room. This room was missing a shower curtain where no replacement was recovered. The breakfast eggs were old looking and overdone. The toaster barely heated.
