Belair Beach Hotel

It’s a pity to come all this way and stay in a hotel like this

Over priced, very old. We were only staying for couple of nights on a stop over otherwise I would of been gutted if I came all this way to a Caribbean island to stay here, it’s like a old rundown freeway $50 motel

La posizione è eccezionale, un mare splendido, ma oltre all'hotel non c'è altro (io ho preso un'auto a noleggio e ho girato tutta l'isola che merita essere vista, hotel 3 stelle abbastanza vecchio ma pulito ha le camere grandi tutte vista mare bisogna migliorare il bar e ristorantino molto scarso e caro colazione 20/25 dollari sono fuori di testa, al piano terra c'è un minimarket con un po di tutto quello che serve. noi andavamo a mangiare all'hotel DIVI di fianco e si mangia molto meglio, e hanno il bar Amsterdam con caffe e briosce

il bar/ristorante va rivisto molto vecchio anche come cibo

Is gedateerd, erg duur vooral als je alleen bent en bewaking deed soms moeilijk als er bezoek kwam

Staff was exceptionally attentive. Need any? Got it almost immediately. Location was beautiful. Clean pool, great beach, smooth surf, great food and drink! The little store had whatever we needed and they even delivered to our room. Sweet place to stay!

The staff is amazing. The beach is great and the pool is good as well. I liked the bus transfer to Philipsburg. Unfortunately it was only once a week. Great view Also the wine and cheese afternoon was nice. Glenda is great

Units are a little bit dated, advertising at the desk should be for the right months and staff need to tell you when they are charging you for fitness classes, ie. when you are in the pool and then you get ask if you like to join by the instructor and then get charged. You should have a couple fitness classes for free as an incentive.

The location of this resort was awesome! It is feet from the beach and is very close to Philipsburg. It is an old resort, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will be going back again next year!

Nothing, it was great

Nice friendly staff, private beach, and spacious suites that all have beautiful ocean views. Ample complementary parking with security.

A rental car is needed to get around. The hotel is not as conveniently located as I thought it would be. The rooms aren’t updated and I think the hotel overall is overdue for a material renovation.
