The facility is old, though spacious but not recommendable to any foreign visitor standards.
BEWe had the quadruple room for 2, so it was good space and that's very important for us. It was clean and the staff was kind. We'd have stayed longer, but it was fully booked. There are no dogs and there's a big area with well maintained grass. Lovely place.
I'll cite what I didn't like, but none of it is important. The street with mud pools. But that's a small thing. There's no bidet. The wifi is slow. The sink is tiny and under a shelf, so it's a little tricky to brush your teeth, or wash your face.

Me consiguieron un traslado al puerto por un precio más económico, así que les agradezco todo el valor que me ofrecieron. El alojamiento está muy cerca de la playa, es tranquilo y ofrecen para rellenar las botellas de agua para beber
Hubo cortes de luz una noche en el barrio, pero creo que es una situación que se puede dar en cualquier parte de este país que con frecuencia sufre de tormentas.

USI had a great stay at Bohol Seabreeze Cottage and Resort. The staff were very good, and the lady who runs the place is truly a sweetheart attentive, kind, and always on top of everything. The facilities were well maintained and kept clean. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the price per night offered great value. The location is excellent, just a short and easy walk to Alona Beach as well as nearby shopping and dining areas. I also appreciated how understanding and efficient the management was when I lost my room key during one of my activities it was quickly replaced for 250 pesos with no hassle. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bohol.
