The Cliff Lodge and Spa

Mediocre service and accommodation. They don’t really think through things like assisting guests, providing services or anything beyond C level services.

We come every year and love it here for our annual family gathering the workers in the drop off area could use a little more politeness and courtesy

Always a great Mountain View!

The beds were horrible. We could not sleep. Have been trying to contact the management via email to offer feedback and also offered feedback on checkout. That was the only thing wrong though. Lovely place

Great place for a little staycation. The Cliff Lodge is great for couples or families. We had a great time at the pool with the kids. Overall clean property.

For the price I just expected more. Sink and shower didn't drain. Low water pressure from the shower head. Half the water came out of the bath spout. No conditioner came out of the dispenser. I had to take off the lid to get some out. That being said, service was great at the 1971 bar. There was one server that was amazing. She was on the floor and was able to get my CAL football game on the TV. She was great. Views were amazing. I would stay here again but hope some upgrades and/or renovations and maintenance happen.

We come up every year have a wonderful time. They’re very accommodating.

I expected more for the price, in room coffee machine didn’t work. Everything was very expensive.

The Cliff Lodge is a nice place to stay. The property is under renovation and so noise and mess from that construction are a slight problem at present. They have also made the Spa area, Spa pool and Spa gym completely inaccessible except for if you pay a large fee which is sad because we have enjoyed using those facilities in the past. The family pool and hot tubs are very nice.
