Nice place and facilities to use . The room is a little outdated with no microwave .

Absolutely love Snowbird. My experience at the Cliff Lodge was spectacular. The resort was clean, covid safe procedures, great restaurants, In building ski rental shop, and ski lockers. The spring skiing conditions were the best I’ve ever experienced. I will be back. The only negative I found was i couldn’t find Diet Coke anywhere on property, they only stock Pepsi (checked every restaurant, vending machine, sundries shop, etc).

We pre-ordered a cheese and cracker plate and cookies which were placed in the room before arrival, as well as a birthday cake. They made every effort to deliver the fresh birthday cake when we were in the room to receive it. Really great service. In fact, the room service, valet service and bell service were well managed and everyone was friendly and competent. I am a paranoid Covid traveler, so the front desk staff was very accommodating to me. This hotel is a ski in ski out location which feeds out only onto a bunny hill. Access to the rest of the mountain requires some walking. Our room had a view of the slopes.

This was our first time traveling during Covid. The Cliff didn’t disappoint.

Based on previous experiences we've had at the Cliff Lodge, this particular experience was extremely disappointing. The heater in our room did not work and couldn't heat the room above 65°...Even though we called the front desk multiple times, there wasn't any action from them. I finally had to call and ask for a space heater which got the room to 68°. We literally slept in our coats. It was miserable. The tram was closed, the pool was closed, and the service from the staff was a terrible. We ordered room service the next morning... The food was cold, and the fruit was moldy. It really was a horrible experience.

Nice hotel, but the thermostat in our room was broken, no robes, and some of the amenitites you had to pay extra for. Great location, but not worth the price.

Beautiful Mountain Setting, less than stellar property. The scenery in this mountain location is absolutely breathtaking! Unfortunately the rooms, amenities and services leave a lot to be desired, especially at the price. The beds were comfortable, but the room was spartan as far as decorations go. The carpet looked very dirty. The orange halls in the hotel wing are ugly and not very inviting, the windows were all water spotted and looked like they needed to be cleaned, especially in the waiting area for the spa services. The walls were paper thin. We could hear our loud and obnoxious neighbors until midnight and it almost sounded like they were in the same room with us. The food is overpriced and not that good. It cost $10 extra for the one time we used room service and the food delivered was subpar. The one meal offered that was a good value and good food, was the Mountain Meals to Go. The steam sauna (typically the best part of the spa) was closed "due to Covid," even though it was open all summer and was the main reason we chose this location, as we went for a Spa Experience. The staff in the spa were not very friendly or welcoming either. With the exception of the Yoga Instructors who did a great job. The water in the showers in the women's locker room in the spa took forever to get warm and the showers smelled of mildew. The trip was somewhat disappointing as we had hoped for a pleasant mountain spa retreat and ended up with a disappointing experience.

A/C unit clicked on and off all night long without turning on. So I couldn't sleep. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held down the handle for 30 seconds. Walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors tv clearly. For the price it was a terrible experience
