Stunning property. Very clean. Comfortable. Proximity to everything.

Room was not ready on time. WiFi was down for 2 days. Staff did not respond in a way that matches the price you are paying to stay. Grumpy bartender (one was great). Overall, staff was unorganized and cared more about the residents. Customer service lacked big time, and its costs big money to stay at Azura.

I liked so many things about this hotel. It was not overcrowded with people like larger hotels so amenities were available. We were there from a Wednesday to a Sunday so not sure if that made a difference. It was a very quiet hotel so no loud noises/parties from others. Very tranquil and peaceful environment. The private beach was my favorite! The view from our room was truly breathtaking. We spent hours sitting on the balcony just looking at the uninterrupted view of the ocean.

The stairs down to the beach were not fun, but absolutely worth the workout. It was my birthday and I did share that via written communications with the hotel when they reached out to me, it would have been nice to have some acknowledgement of it like a note in the room or some other small gesture.

Breakfast.Was Decent. Only Made It Down There Once. It Was Good, A Little Expensive Which Is The Entire Island But Good None The Less.

Bed Mad A Squeaky Noise Every Time I Turned On The Bed. The Temperature Sucked. This Had Nothing To Do With The Property But The Fact That I Couldn't Get To Go Swimming In The Ocean Really Disappointed Me.

The staff was amazing. The view was breathtaking

It was too expensive with a bunch of hidden fees

I’m handicapped, and they didn’t offer golf cart services to and from our room. This is offered at other hotels on South Road, Bermuda.

The views from the ocean front room were amazing!

The restaurant lunch menu was a bit limited.
